William runs Maths Wiz, English Wiz and the Sciences Programs installation Support Team. He also Manages the team responsible for product and technical support. William began his career in the IT field and holds a Degree in IT. As Team Leader of Programs's help department, his team goal is to assist families with any program operation or installation issues.
